Andrean Angelov is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, specializing in multifamily investment sales. He advises private and institutional investors on the acquisition and disposition of apartment properties throughout the Midwest. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2007, Andrean has built nearly 20 years of experience providing clients with strategic guidance backed by extensive market knowledge and transaction expertise.

Andrean’s ability to represent both buyers and sellers of multifamily properties gives him a well-rounded perspective on every transaction. By understanding the priorities and objectives of each side, he helps clients navigate complex negotiations, evaluate opportunities, and execute transactions with confidence. His balanced approach enables investors to make informed decisions in changing market conditions while positioning assets for successful outcomes.

Andrean earned a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Roosevelt University. He combines nearly two decades of multifamily investment sales experience with a client-focused approach, delivering market insight and transaction guidance to investors across the Midwest.
