Sam Antreasian is a Director of Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, specializing in multifamily properties throughout the Chicagoland area. With nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate, he provides expert guidance to clients in the sale of investment properties, ensuring maximum property exposure and delivering exceptional results.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2017, Sam has completed over 100 transactions and earned recognition for his dedication and performance, including the firm’s Pace Setter and Charlie Hustle awards. Known for his tenacity, attention to detail and effective communication, he is committed to helping clients achieve their investment goals.

Sam currently resides in Oak Park, Illinois, and graduated from Indiana University with a degree in finance and real estate. Sam enjoys taking road trips, attending concerts, golf and rooting for the Indiana Pacers.
