Ryan D. Engle is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office, specializing in multifamily investment sales. He advises private and institutional investors on the acquisition and disposition of apartment properties throughout the Midwest. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2003, Ryan has built more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience and established himself as a trusted advisor in the multifamily investment market.

Ryan has completed the sale of more than 800 properties totaling over $2.5 billion in transaction value. His long-tenured expertise in multihousing dispositions across the Midwest has earned him consistent Sales and Achievement Awards throughout more than two decades in the industry. He provides clients with strategic guidance on pricing, market positioning, buyer outreach and transaction execution, helping investors maximize value and achieve their investment objectives.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Iowa. His combination of extensive transaction experience, deep knowledge of Midwest apartment markets and disciplined advisory approach enables him to help clients confidently navigate multifamily investment opportunities across the region.
