Jake Lenti is a commercial real estate broker based in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, specializing in multifamily investment sales. He advises private investors and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of apartment properties throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin. Jake combines local market expertise with strategic guidance to help clients navigate investment opportunities and changing market conditions.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2021, Jake has completed over 30 multifamily transactions. He leverages in-depth local market knowledge, capital markets expertise, financial analysis and underwriting to help clients evaluate investment opportunities, develop pricing strategies and make informed decisions. His analytical approach and attention to market fundamentals provide clients with actionable insights throughout the transaction process.
